Volunteer of the Month - Nomination Form

Cabonne Council recently anounced the inception of a Volunteer of the Month Award under its Volunteer Recognition Program.
Everyone knows someone within their community who goes above and beyond the call of duties in their volunteer activities and Council invites nominations from community members for this award.
