Before & After School Care in Molong

Cabonne Council commenced operation in March of the before and after school care, and vacation care services in Molong.
There are currently spaces available for the service that operates from Molong Central School. The service is open to all primary school aged students, regardless of the school they attend; offering breakfast and/or afternoon tea.

The service provides a range of activities for the children including games, craft, outdoor play and assistance with homework in a supportive environment.

 “The Molong service enhances Council existing services located in Mullion Creek, Millthorpe, Blayney and Manildra, assisting to help meet the growing demand for child care” said Bradley Byrnes, Cabonne Council's General Manger.

Earlier this year the NSW Government  announced that families can receive a $500 voucher per child to reduce the out-of-pocket costs of before and after school care.

You can apply for a voucher via the Service NSW app or website until 30 September 2022. Vouchers can be redeemed until 31 December and used for services until 30 June 2023.
