Although most roads in the Mount Canobolas area have re-opened after last week’s bush fire, access to to Mount Canobolas from the Mountain Teahouse to the summit will be closed until further notice.
Old Canobolas Road, from the start of the National Parks and Wildlife Service boundary to Mount Canobolas Road, will also remain closed until further advice is received.
Pinnacle Road, Nancarrow Lane, Mt Lofty Road and Canobolas Road where it meets Lake Canobolas Road to the Mount Canobolas Road turn-off are open. Lake Canobolas is also open.
Mitchell’s Way remains closed.
No Cabonne roads are currently closed due to adverse weather, however road conditions can change quickly and motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and observe warning signs.
