Great Western Highway Closure

The Great Western Highway at Victoria Pass is currently closed to all traffic in both directions to allow for urgent road repairs. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, including its significant heritage structures, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is progressing with extreme care.

This closure is expected to remain in place for at least three months. For updates on the road closure - including detours, heavy vehicle arrangements and public transport changes, please visit the TfNSW website.

We understand this closure and the resulting diversions have impacted, or may impact, businesses across Cabonne and surrounding areas. Business NSW - Western NSW is inviting affected businesses to take part in a short survey.

The survey is open to all businesses impacted by the closure. It takes approximately five minutes to complete, and your feedback will play an important role in helping advocate to government for meaningful support.
