Cabonne Council provides Community Transport to help elderly residents and those with mobility or accessibility needs travel safely within the community, offering a coordinated, government‑supported service for essential trips such as medical appointments, shopping and social activities.

 

Council also delivers Cabonne Home Support (CHS), which provides high‑quality, in‑home assistance for older people and their carers, helping them maintain independence through support with daily living tasks so they can continue living comfortably and safely in their own homes.
