Council's Executive Leadership Team is comprised of the General Manager, and Deputy General Manager - Operations, each of whom are supported by the United Leadership Team.

Brad has been employed in the Public Sector for 38 years, 17 of which have been with Local Government.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Public Policy and Administration (Charles Sturt University)
  • Master of Business Administration (Charles Sturt University)
  • Graduate Certificate of Risk Management (Griffith University)

  • Bachelor of Engineering & Technology
  • Graduate Diploma in Business
  • Board Course - Australian Institute of Company Directors
