General Manager - Brad Byrnes
Brad has been employed in the Public Sector for 38 years, 17 of which have been with Local Government.

- Master of Business Administration (Charles Sturt University)
- Graduate Certificate of Risk Management (Griffith University)
Deputy General Manager - Operations
Matt has been employed in Local Government for over 20 years.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering & Technology
- Graduate Diploma in Business
- Board Course - Australian Institute of Company Directors
