Australia Day in Cabonne 2026

All Cabonne towns and villages will host Australia Day activities this year.

Food, refreshments, competitions, family fun, and award presentations will feature at events across the shire.

There will also be free entry to all of the pools in Cabonne for the day!

Community Events

Borenore/Nashdale - 11am Borenore Public School. Award presentations and community morning tea provided. 

Canowindra - 12pm -1pm -  Canowindra Ex-Services & Citizens Club Community Hall. Official Party attending, award presentations and cutting of the Australia Day cake.

Cargo - 10.30pm to 12pm Cargo Village Green.  Official Party attending, award presentations and cutting of Australia Day cake.

Cudal -  9am to 10am. Cabonne Food and Wine and Cultural Centre. Guest speaker and award presentations.

Cumnock - 8am to 9.30am Cumnock Bowling Club. Award presentations and community breakfast.

Eugowra - 11am - 12.30pm. Eugowra Bowling and Recreation Club. Presentation of awards and Eugowra appreciation awards.

Manildra - 6pm to 8.30pm  Manildra Memorial Pool. Award presentations, community and family races, various activities, music and entertainment throughout the evening. 

Molong - 11am tbc.  Award presentation followed by lunch.

Mullion Creek - 8am to 11am Mullion Creek Hall & Recreation Reserve. Community gathering, award presentations and BBQ breakfast.

Yeoval - 5.30pm to 8pm Yeoval Swimming Pool. Award presentations and community barbecue.
