The Australian Bureau of Statistics is recruiting more than 30,000 people across Australia to support the 2026 Census, helping ensure every community is accurately counted.
Field Manager positions are available in our region. Field Managers lead Census operations locally, including recruiting, training and managing Field Officers. Applications open 28 January 2026.
Mobile Field Representative roles are also available across Australia. These positions involve travelling within a region to support Census field teams, visiting households, distributing and collecting forms, and promoting online participation. Applications open 9 February 2026.
