Announcement (26/07/24): Changes to Meeting Schedule Due to Local Government Elections
In light of the upcoming Local Government Elections on Saturday, 14 September 2024, there have been some necessary adjustments to the Cabonne Council meeting schedule. The Council will enter a "caretaker" role in the four weeks preceding the election, leading to the following changes:

No Committee Meetings in August 2024: The Infrastructure (Transport) and the Community, Economy, and Culture committee meetings scheduled for Tuesday, 13 August 2024, will not be held. Any matters for these committees should be reported to the August ordinary council meeting.

August Ordinary Council Meeting: The ordinary council meeting for August will take place on Tuesday, 13 August 2024.

No Meetings in September 2024: There will be no committee or ordinary council meetings held in September 2024.

No Committee Meetings in October 2024: The Council will not conduct any committee meetings in October 2024.

October Ordinary Council Meeting: An ordinary council meeting will be held on Tuesday, 22 October 2024.

Cabonne Council's Ordinary Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, starting at 2pm.
Matters for consideration at Council meetings, other than building and development matters, must be received by the General Manager at Council's Administration Office at Molong, at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
Council meetings are generally held in the meetings rooms at Council's Administration Office, Bank Street Molong.

Members of the public may address councillors on matters of the responsibilities of council at Public Forums which are held on the second Tuesday of the month, starting at 2pm. To apply to address council, please click here.
