Coronavirus - Council Services Update 31 March 2020

 In response to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, Cabonne Council will be temporarily suspending non-essential interactions at Council customer service counters.

 This will be effective 9am on Wednesday 1 April, 2020 and will affect customer service counters in the following locations:

•      Council Offices, 99-101 Bank Street, MOLONG

•      Engineering & Technical Services Office, 16 Main Street, CUDAL

•      Cabonne HACC Office, 70 Gaskill Street, CANOWINDRA

 Although public access to Council buildings will be limited, Council is committed to ensuring community service provisions are maintained during this time and the buildings will be staffed. In the interests of ensuring the health and safety of all concerned, contact should be made by phone or email in the first instance:

Whilst payments in person will be suspended for a time, payment of rates, water/sewer and general debtors accounts can still be made via the following alternate channels:

•      Payment by credit card over the phone

•      Online credit card payment using Council's online payment portal                 

•      Online via BPAY and your banking institution’s online services

•      Payments can be made by post

Cabonne Council will continue to provide services and support to residents during the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis and is continually reviewing its services during this time to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff. Council thanks the community for their support and understanding during these difficult times as we continue to work to ensure we provide quality customer service safely.
