Three new water filling stations in Manildra, Eugowra and Canowindra are expected to be commissioned within a week.

The water filling stations have been installed by Central Tablelands Water (CTW) as part of a project financed by Cabonne Council through the Federal Government's Drought Communities Program.

A Central Tablelands Water spokesperson said the water authority expected the automatic filling stations to be commissioned by the end of this week once the supplier installs and tests the payment mechanism.

CTW will charge users $6.20 per kilolitre for water once the filling stations are fully operational.

CTW also has standpipes located in Blayney, Grenfell and Quandialla. Because these are not self-service standpipes, CTW charges $8 per kilolitre for water accessed from these standpipes.

A full list of CTW water charges is outlined on the authority's website http://www.ctw.nsw.gov.au/water-account/fees-and-charges/
