In rural communities, women play multifaceted roles as caregivers, community builders, business owners, and leaders however, their own health and wellbeing is often overlooked.

This free Empowering Rural Women: A Wellbeing Forum is a unique and inclusive event designed to address the four pillars; financial, physical, mental and social to improve your financial literacy and learn practical ways to support your wellbeing across different stages of your life.

The workshop is aimed at rural women of all ages and backgrounds and anyone passionate about rural women’s wellbeing.
