Our lives are increasingly electronic/digital, busy, cerebral and even our rubber souled shoes insulate us from connecting to earth. This exhibition is about my process of reconnecting with the energy and healing aspects of the ground. Getting my feet in the dirt, grass, sand, water, etc grounding and painting from the heart while connected to the landscape.
