Local Strategic Planning Statement Community Engagement Sessions

Cabonne Council is preparing a Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) that will set out the 20 year vision across Cabonne Shire, outlining how growth and change will be managed.

The LSPS identifies the unique characteristics of Cabonne and sets the economic, social, and environmental land use direction.

Cabonne General Manager, Bradley Byrnes said, “As part of preparing the plan, Council will be undertaking community engagement drop-in sessions in the villages across the shire where residents are invited to share their ideas for land use planning in Cabonne for next 20 years.”

The community input received will assist in developing the planning priorities, direction and actions for the Local Strategic Planning Statement. Come share your ideas, thoughts or vision for Cabonne with us!
