NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF PLANNING PROPOSAL
Amendment No. 20 to Cabonne Local Environmental Plan 2012 Planning Proposal (PP-2023-2772) Lot 27 DP 750137 & Lot 1 DP 1172771, 3732 The Escort Way, Cudal
The planning proposal intends to amend the Cabonne Local Environmental Plan 2012 to rezone land from RU1 to E4 Lot size (0.4ha) for part land with remainder of land RU1 Lot size (5ha). The minister has delegated the making of the LEP to the council.
The planning proposal and associated documents can be inspected at the Council s offices located at Bank Street, Molong and Main Street, Cudal, from Wednesday 18 June 2025 to Wednesday 16 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Submissions in relation to the planning proposal can be made to Council until 5pm Wednesday 16 July 2025. Written submission should be addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 17, Molong NSW 2866 or emailed to council@cabonne.nsw.gov.au.
