Draft DCP No. 16 - Interim guidelines for development of flood prone land in Eugowra - 15 October 2009
Draft Development Control Plan No. 16 - Interim guidelines for development of flood prone land in Eugowra. Council has resolved to prepare and place on public exhibition the above draft development control plan. The plan aims to provide interim guidelines for development within the floodplain at Eugowra. The draft development control plan will be on public exhibition from Friday 16 October 2009 until Friday 13 November 2009 and may be inspected during business hours Monday to Friday at the following locations. Cabonne Council Chambers, Bank Street, Molong Cabonne Council Office, Main Street Cudal Eugowra Newsagency, 32 Broad Street, Eugowra The Draft Development Control Plan is also available at the link below. Written submissions commenting on the proposed plan should be addressed to the General Manager and will be received up until 5pm on Friday 13 November 2009.
