Meet Ben and Fiona Watts, the dynamic duo behind Bralca, a family-owned agricultural consultancy and training service based in Molong. With over 19 years of experience, Bralca is dedicated to evolving alongside Australian agriculture to meet the growing needs of the industry.

The name Bralca is a tribute to Ben and Fiona’s three daughters—Brooke, Alyssa, and Caitlyn—who play an active role in shaping the business’s decisions. The company’s strong family values are at the heart of everything they do.

Bralca offers an exceptional range of services, including conducting on-farm trials to provide reliable and realistic data, helping farmers adopt cutting-edge AgTech solutions.
Bralca is deeply committed to the local community by supporting local events and offering fully funded tertiary training to help regional farmers upskill in the comfort of their own surroundings.
Like many agricultural businesses, Bralca has faced harsh seasons, but their focus on effective drought strategies and evolving with the industry ensures they continue to thrive.
The best part of running Bralca for Ben and Fiona is the opportunity to connect with and support growers across Australia, contributing to a more sustainable future in agriculture.

With their daughter Brooke stepping in as the operations manager, Bralca is excited to launch the UpGen project—a youth development program aimed at shaping the next generation of agricultural leaders.

Bralca is leading the charge for innovation and sustainability in Australian agriculture, right here in Cabonne.
