How do I enrol my child?

Step 1: Contact the friendly office staff on 02 6392 3219 to discuss your days and hours. You can also contact educators directly if you know them. 

Step 2: When the service contacts you with a vacancy, we will then arrange an Enrolment Interview with the Nominated Supervisor or Support Coordinator. This can be done over the phone if families are unable to travel to Molong.

Step 3: You will be asked to complete the Enrolment Form (see Related Information) and Fee Policy Agreement. We will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate and an up to date immunisation statement.

Step 4: You will be invoiced for the enrolment fee.

How much does Family Day Care cost?

There is a $50 New Family Enrolment Fee charged before commencing care. This fee will be collected during the Enrolment Interview, or you will be invoiced for it.

Educators work under a deregulated fee system where, as service operators, they set their own fees according to the services provided. Educators set hourly rates and a minimum hours per day.

You may be eligible to claim Child Care Subsidy to reduce your daily fee. To find out if are eligible, please contact the Family Assistance Office on 136 150.
