In accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Cabonne Council advises that Council’s Community Participation Plan is available for public comment. The Community Participation Plan is designed to make participation on the planning system clearer for the community by setting out how and when people can participate in the land use planning system.
The Community Participation Plan can be inspected at the Council offices Bank Street, Molong and Main Street, Cudal from Wednesday 2 October 2019 to Wednesday 30 October 2019 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, or available for download off council’s website www.cabonne.nsw.gov.au.
Submissions in relation to the planning proposal can be made to Cabonne Council until 5pm Wednesday 30 October 2019. Written submission should be addressed to General Manager, PO Box 17, Molong NSW 2866 or emailed to council@cabonne.nsw.gov.au.
