Cabonne Council is seeking comments or submissions from members of the public on its draft Development Control Plan.
The Development Control Plan provides a set of objectives and controls for the permissible rural tourism land uses being:
- Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
- Farm Stay Accommodation
- Cellar Door Premises
- Restaurants or Cafes
The Draft Development Control Plan is currently on public exhibition until Friday, 28 June 2019.
Comments and submissions may be lodged in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 17, Molong NSW 2866 or by emailing Council at council@cabonne.nsw.gov.au by 5pm on Friday, 28 June 2019.
