Update to Counter Services at Council Administration Offices

Administrative offices at Molong and Cudal are now accessible for essential counter services, however the First Choice Credit Union outlet at Cudal remains closed.
Preventative measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 via face-to-face customer service interaction are in place such as hand sanitising, social distancing and counter screens. We ask customers to refrain from visiting the office if you have cold and flu-like symptoms.
Please keep in mind that there are many alternatives for contacting Council and making payments, other than visiting an administration office. These include:
➡️Payment by credit card over the phone
➡️Online credit card payment using Council's online payment portal
➡️Online via BPAY and your banking institution’s online services
➡️Payments can be made by post

If you would like to pay your rates in cash, you can pop into Australia Post. If you do go to the post office, make sure to take your rates notice with you. If you know another community member who would rather pay their rates in cash, please tell them about these options.
