Molong Bore Project Update

Due to the works to connect the Molong Bore to the Molong Water Filtration Plant the operation of the Water Filtration Plant will be affected for today and tomorrow (12 and 13 October).
The plant is operating at reduced capacity today and will be completely switched off tomorrow. It is anticipated to be up and running again on Wednesday morning. There is adequate water in the reservoirs for the duration of the works.
Council apologises for any inconvenience and requests that users be mindful of water use during the next 48 hours and requests that any major usage be delayed until the plant is fully operational again.
At this stage normal water use is perfectly OK, it's only major usage such as filling of swimming pools that Council requests be delayed.
