Coronavirus - Council Services Update 1 April 2020

To help contain the spread of coronavirus, all e-waste and Drum Muster services and inspections have been cancelled until further notice while a NSW Govt Public Health Order has directed the closure of all community halls, showground pavilions and clubhouses.

Cabonne Council has enacted its Business Continuity Plan to continue to provide as many services as possible during the coronavirus pandemic.

The majority of Council's operations are continuing as normal.

However to restrict the spread of the virus and comply with Federal and State Government regulations, the following changes have been implemented.

Meetings: All non-essential meetings have been postponed until further notice.

Transactions at Customer Service Counters: Non-essential interactions at customer service counters at Molong, Cudal and Canowindra suspended until further notice. Payments by credit card over the phone; credit card payment using Council's online payment portal; online via BPAY and your banking institution's online services; or by post. Call Council on 6392 3200 or email council@cabonne.nsw.gov.au to make arrangements to speak to customer service staff.

Community Halls: Closed.

Showground Pavilions: Closed.

Clubhouses: Closed.

Waste Disposal Depots: Operating as normal, but new payment arrangements now in place.

E-waste Collections: Cancelled until further notice.

Drum Muster Collections/Inspections: Cancelled until further notice.

Skate Parks: Closed.

Outdoor Play Areas: Closed.

Sporting Grounds: Open for exercise, but ban on public gatherings of more than two people applies.

Sporting Ground Facilities, including amenities blocks: Closed.

Caravan Parks: Closed.

Camping Grounds: Closed.

Swimming Pools: Closed.

Libraries: Closed.

Age of Fishes Museum: Closed.

Community Shopping Bus Service: Suspended until further notice.

Council's Private Skip Bin Hire Service: Suspended until further notice.
