Cabonne Council is seeking comments or submissions from members of the public on its draft Enforcement Policy 2019.
The policy applies to the investigation of unlawful activity and proactive compliance monitoring, including but not limited to:
Development and building control;
Pollution control;
Environmental control;
Public health and safety;
Onsite sewage management systems;
Weed control (biosecurity);
Companion animals;
Roads and footpaths;
Parks and reserves;
Food safety;
Fire safety;
Tree preservation;
Illegal dumping; and
Waste management practices.
The draft Enforcement Policy 2019 is currently on public exhibition until 21 June 2019 and can be viewed at Cabonne Council’s offices at Molong, Cudal and Canowindra or on Council’s website www.cabonne.nsw.gov.au
Comments and submissions may be lodged in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 17, Molong NSW 2866 or by emailing council@cabonne.nsw.gov.au by 5pm on 21 June 2019.
