NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF PLANNING PROPOSAL

Amendment No. 22 to Cabonne Local Environmental Plan 2012

Planning Proposal (PP-2024-2335)

Lot 551 & 553 DP 1176133, 11 Strathnook Lane, Clifton Grove

 

The planning proposal intends to amend the Cabonne Local Environmental Plan 2012 to rezone land from RU1 Primary Production to R5 Large Lot Residential and to reduce the minimum lot size from 100ha to 2ha.

The planning proposal and associated documents can also be inspected at the Council office located at Bank Street, Molong, from Monday 15 September to Tuesday 14 October 2025 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Submissions in relation to the planning proposal can be made to Council until 5pm Tuesday 14 October 2025. Written submission should be addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 17, Molong NSW 2866 or emailed to council@cabonne.nsw.gov.au.
